Although I came to you with a very short time line for delivery, your staff got up to speed quickly on the background of the regional plan and delivered a quality piece of work. When deadlines became tight and my suggestion to your staff was to cut corners on the analysis, they insisted on sticking to the full analysis and working a little harder to get it done on time.

Your staff should also be commended for working well with our traffic modeling consultant. The transportation modeling was an iterative process that was coordinated flawlessly.
